Appliances and equipment

Standard appliances, a heating boiler and air conditioning are priced separately. For an apartment up to 100 m², allow approximately $5,000 in total as an indicative equipment budget; final costs depend on the selection.

How it works

  1. 1MeasureWe visit the property, take measurements and agree on the package and handover date.
  2. 2ContractBefore work begins, we confirm the selected package, materials, price, handover date and delay-compensation terms in writing.
  3. 3BuildThe team follows the agreed schedule and sends progress photos. Any changes are agreed in writing.
  4. 4HandoverWe inspect the finished works together, document any required corrections and arrange handover. The two-year workmanship warranty is subject to the written contract.

Are materials included in the price?

Yes. Materials are defined by the selected package and are included in the price. They can also be replaced with alternatives at warehouse prices.

How is compensation for delays calculated?

The contract specifies compensation calculated as an agreed percentage of the contract value for each calendar day of delay, subject to the contractual terms.

Can I arrange renovation while abroad?

Yes. We provide video updates, and a local contact can hold the keys. VIP representation is also available.
