Private Homes · Independent Utilities
We design and build homes in Georgia with solar electricity and borehole water systems, reducing reliance on central utility networks.
A project can include solar panels and batteries, a borehole pump and water storage, and septic or biological wastewater treatment. Homes and utility systems are checked before handover.
Solar Power and Battery Storage
Roof or ground-mounted solar panels, a hybrid inverter and lithium batteries are sized for your electricity needs. Grid connection is optional where available; full off-grid operation is designed for sites without it.
Independent Water Supply
A drilled well, solar or hybrid pump, pressure tank and filters supply the water. Pumping into a storage tank during the day reduces noise and battery use at night.
Comfortable Living Spaces
An insulated home with modern bathrooms, a kitchen and living space, from compact 50 m² homes to family layouts. Independent systems are designed around everyday comfort.
Designed for Georgian Conditions
We draw on local autonomous-home and eco-settlement experience, designing for Georgian sun exposure, frost conditions and well depths.
Potential locations include Kakheti, Mtskheta-Mtianeti and Kvemo Kartli outside densely built-up urban areas. Site selection depends on solar exposure, water feasibility, building regulations and applicable permits.
